How it works

How custom 3D printing works — with an individual approach

We guide you through the whole process, from the first contact to delivery. We assess every project individually and are happy to discuss the technical details with you in person, by phone or by e-mail.

The process in four steps

  1. 1

    Send a non-binding enquiry

Fill in a quick online form and upload your 3D model. If you don't have a model, simply attach a technical drawing, a dimensioned sketch or a photo of the damaged part.

  2. 2

We discuss the brief and prepare a quote

We thoroughly analyse your enquiry for manufacturability. If the project calls for it, we will get in touch (by phone or e-mail) to go through the technical details together. We then propose the optimal technology and a suitable material, and send you a price proposal with a delivery date.

  3. 3

    We start production

Once the quote is approved and the final details are confirmed, we start printing your order. This is followed by surface cleaning, dimensional inspection and any assembly and bonding of parts.

  4. 4

We deliver or hand over your order quickly

We pack the finished products safely and send them by courier straight to your company, or you can collect them in person at our place in Bratislava, where we can discuss further cooperation right away. For repeat orders, the next order is even faster.

What do we need for a quote?

So that we can prepare a tailored quote and propose the right solution, please include the following in your enquiry:

  • Source materials: A 3D model, a drawing, a photo — or let us know you will send us a physical sample to measure.
  • Production volume: The required number of parts (from 1 up to batches of hundreds).
  • Purpose and environment: Where the part will be used (mechanical stress, high temperatures, UV radiation outdoors).
  • Properties: Any specific requirements for colour, material or surface finish.

Which file formats do we accept?

To speed up quoting, the ideal 3D formats are STEP, STL and 3MF.

Don't have a digital model? Our team will go through your requirements with you and design a full CAD model based on the materials you supply.

Frequently asked questions about the process

How quickly will I get a quote?

We quote standard briefs within 24 hours on working days. For more complex projects that require a deeper technical consultation, we will contact you first.

Is the enquiry on the website binding?

No. Both the enquiry and the resulting calculation are non-binding. We only start production once we have fine-tuned the details together and you have officially approved the quote.

Is my documentation safe?

Yes. We use your models and internal materials solely to fulfil your order and never share them with anyone. We store the data securely so we can use it immediately for a repeat order and speed up the next production run. At your request, however, we can delete it as soon as the project is finished.

Have a 3D printing project?

Send us your model or describe your idea. We usually prepare a no-obligation quote within 24 hours.
