How it works

How custom 3D printing works

From the first inquiry to the finished part. The process is simple and most of it is handled online.

The process in four steps

  1. 1

    Send an inquiry

    Fill in the form and upload a 3D model (STL, STEP, 3MF), or describe the part and attach a drawing or photo. If you don't have a model, we will design it.

  2. 2

    Receive a quote

    We assess manufacturability, propose a suitable technology and material, and send an accurate price and lead time — usually within 24 hours.

  3. 3

    We manufacture the part

    Once you approve the quote, we print the part, complete any surface finishing and check the quality and dimensions.

  4. 4

    We deliver or hand over

    We ship the finished parts by courier or prepare them for personal pickup. For repeat orders, the next order is even faster.

What we need for a quote

  • A 3D model (STL, STEP, 3MF) — or a drawing, photo or physical sample
  • The number of parts and the required deadline
  • The purpose of the part and its operating environment (load, temperature, outdoors)
  • Any requirements for material, colour or surface finish

What files we accept

Most often STL, STEP and 3MF. If you don't have a 3D model, we will prepare it as part of our 3D modeling service — a drawing, photo or sample is enough.

Frequently asked questions about the process

How quickly will I get a quote?

We usually send a quote within 24 hours on working days from receiving the model or a sufficient description.

Is the inquiry binding?

No. Both the inquiry and the quote are non-binding. We only start manufacturing after your approval.

Is my documentation safe?

Yes. We use models and source files solely to handle your order and do not share them with third parties.
