Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data

The controller determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data is the person named in the company details above. We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. For any privacy matter, contact us at the e-mail address given above.

2. What data we process

• Contact details: first and last name, e-mail, phone number and, where relevant, company name.
• Order data: description of the part, 3D models and files supplied, chosen material, quantity and the content of our correspondence.
• Billing and delivery details: address and, where relevant, company and tax identification numbers.
• Technical data from operating the website: IP address and standard server logs. With your consent, also data from Google Analytics as described below.
• We do not process special categories of data, such as health data, and we do not ask for them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling an inquiry and preparing a quotation: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Entering into and performing the contract, manufacturing and delivering the part, communicating about the job: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Bookkeeping and meeting tax obligations: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Establishing or defending legal claims: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Measuring website traffic with Google Analytics: solely your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent, no measurement takes place at all.
• We do not send newsletters or marketing e-mails.

4. How long we keep data

• An inquiry that did not lead to an order: no more than 12 months from the last correspondence.
• Data on a completed job: for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the statutory limitation periods.
• Accounting and tax records: 10 years following the year they relate to, under Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting.
• 3D models and production files supplied: 6 months after delivery, so that a complaint or a repeat order can be handled. We will delete them sooner on request.
• Data in Google Analytics: according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

5. Who we share data with

• Resend, Inc.: delivery of messages sent through the website forms.
• The provider of the server hosting on which the website runs.
• Google Ireland Limited, or Google LLC: Google Analytics, and only if you have given consent.
• The courier company delivering the consignment.
• An accountant or tax adviser, to the extent needed for bookkeeping.
• Public authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
• We do not sell your data and we do not provide it for third-party marketing.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Most processing takes place within the European Union. With Resend and Google Analytics, data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or by an adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the minimum necessary cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after your explicit consent.

• The necessary cookie NEXT_LOCALE remembers your chosen language. It is set without consent because the website needs it to work.
• Your cookie choice is stored in the browser's local storage under the key cookie-consent so that we do not ask you on every visit.
• The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_XQFJWYJHSE belong to Google Analytics 4. They are set only after you click Accept all.
• If you decline, the measurement script is not loaded at all and no data about your visit is sent to Google's servers.
• We do not use advertising cookies or social network tracking pixels.
• You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the website footer. After withdrawal we delete the analytics cookies and measurement stops.

8. Your rights

• The right of access to your data and to a copy of the data we process about you.
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
• The right to erasure where the data is no longer needed or where you have withdrawn consent.
• The right to restriction of processing.
• The right to portability of the data you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used format.
• The right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.
• We will handle your request within one month of receiving it. Simply write to the contact e-mail address above.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way we process data or the applicable legislation changes. The current version is always available on this page.
