How an order works

  1. 01

    Send a request

Send a 3D model (STL, STEP, 3MF) through the form or by e-mail. If you have no model, a drawing, a sketch with dimensions or a photo of the part is enough.

  2. 02

    Receive a quote

Within 24 hours we send the price, a suitable material and the delivery date. A basic check of whether the model is printable is free.

  3. 03

    Deposit and printing

Once you approve the quote, you pay a 60 % deposit and we start printing. For a batch we first make a prototype for your approval.

  4. 04

    Pickup or delivery

You pay the remaining 40 % before dispatch. You can collect the part in person in Bratislava or we send it by courier.

What we do not offer

We print with FDM technology, that is, from plastics deposited in layers. Individual print layers 0.08 to 0.3 mm high are visible on the surface. We do not offer metal or resin printing. Without a special written agreement, 3D printed parts are not intended for use where their failure could endanger life, health or property, for example as load-bearing elements, safety components in transport, pressure parts or medical devices.
