Terms and conditions
The basic terms of cooperation for custom 3D printing and parts manufacturing.
Quote
The quote is prepared based on the model or part description provided and is non-binding. Manufacturing begins only after the customer approves the quote in writing.
Source files and model
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the source files provided. If a model is not manufacturable, we will propose modifications or its preparation as part of our 3D modeling service.
Deadlines
We confirm the delivery deadline in the quote. The deadline is counted from approval of the quote and receipt of any deposit.
Complaints
Any discrepancies between the part and the approved specification are resolved individually. The surface appearance corresponds to the chosen 3D printing technology.
Intellectual property
The customer declares that they are authorized to have the part manufactured. Models created to order belong to the customer after payment, unless agreed otherwise.
